About Me

I'm a Software Engineer, Community Manager and an Aadvocate for Girls and Women in Tech passionate about building intuitive web applications, empowering communities, and inspiring the next generation of women in tech. My journey started with curiosity about how websites worked, which later grew into developing full-fledged projects and mentoring others.

Currently, I serve as the Lead Frontend Engineer and Head of Community at Programmify, where I build scalable applications and foster vibrant developer communities. I also proudly lead the She Code Africa ESTAM Chapter, where I spearhead initiatives to empower young women in STEM through mentorship, workshops, and impactful campaigns.

My mission is to not just write code, but to create meaningful impact, bridging the gap between technology and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Led design and development of scalable, user-focused web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
Mentored interns across multiple PIP cohorts (PIP3 and currently PIP4) providing technical guidance and career coaching
Supervised frontend interns and conducted code reviews, pair-programming sessions, and architecture discussions
Built and maintained reusable component library and design system ensuring UI consistency and faster development
